I started Gonz.Builds because I kept seeing the same gap: large companies have entire teams optimizing their software, their funnels, and their user experience, while local businesses are left piecing things together with outdated tools or one-size-fits-all solutions that never quite fit. My goal is simple: give small businesses access to the same quality of thinking and technology that the big players have always had.

I bring something to this that most developers don't: five years leading product and growth at companies where growth wasn't optional , it was the job. At a fast-growing B2C marketplace startup, I helped drive a 3,000%+ increase in transactions, grew the user base 3.5x, and pushed the App Store rating from 3.7 to 4.8. Not by building more features, but by understanding exactly where customers were dropping off and fixing it. Before that, at Gartner, I led activation and retention for a platform used by thousands of tech executives worldwide. That instinct comes with every project I take on.

Prior, I studied Economics at Harvard and competed on the varsity lightweight crew team. Both shaped how I think about problems and work through them.
